Back-to-School Celebration 2026–2027

Date: Tuesday, September 8, 2026
Time: 8:30 am to 3:30 pm
Location: École Sainte-Marie Mère de Dieu, 20 Fairmont Avenue, Ottawa

Day schedule:

• 8:30 am: Rosary
• 9:00 am: Introduction of teachers and new families, blessing by the parish priest, classroom visits for parents, and activities for students
• 10:30 am: Outdoor recess for everyone (K–12)
• 11:10 am: Informal start of classes
• 11:45 am: Angelus and lunch
• 12:15 pm: Outdoor recess for everyone
• 1:30 pm: Conference on the school, its history, website, and how it operates
• 2:15 pm - 3:30 pm: Free family BBQ
